Martin Clunes (Doc Martin) stars as Sir Arthur Conan Doyle in the actual story of the Sherlock Holmes author’s persuing a miscarriage of justice at the turn of the 19th century. Arthur & George is adapted from Julian Barnes’s acclaimed novel of the same name, which was a finalist for the Man Booker Prize.
