Under strain from rise in COVID-19 cases, some NJ hospitals divert ambulances

A rising number of COVID cases is overwhelming ERs at some NJ hospitals, forcing them to divert ambulance patients to other medical centers for treatment. Healthcare officials warn COVID's second surge could overwhelm the hospital system, unless residents become more diligent about masking up and social distancing.
